1. Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must not be used more than 2%
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- The product must not be damaged due to customer handling
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products that are damaged after delivery due to customer use or mishandling
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear pictures or videos as proof
In such cases, we will offer a free replacement.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Share the following details:
- Order Number
- Reason for return
- Proof (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
6. Return Shipping
We will cover the return shipping cost for approved returns.
7. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

8. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only in the following case:
