At Scent Lab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must not be used more than 2%
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • The product must not be damaged due to customer handling

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that are damaged after delivery due to customer use or mishandling

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear pictures or videos as proof

In such cases, we will offer a free replacement.


5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp, Email, or our Website form
  • Share the following details:
    • Order Number
    • Reason for return
    • Proof (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.


6. Return Shipping

We will cover the return shipping cost for approved returns.


7. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be issued via:
    • Bank Transfer
    • Easypaisa
    • JazzCash

8. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the following case:

  • Defective or damaged product

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
